This page covers account deletion for Zeus, the business management app by Ecclerium. Zeus is available on Android and iOS and powers inventory, sales, and operations for modern businesses.

How to delete your account

Account deletion is handled directly inside the Zeus app. You do not need to contact support — follow the steps below to delete your account yourself.

Open the Zeus app and log in to your account.
Tap the profile icon in the top corner, or navigate to the Profile section from the menu.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the Profile screen.
Tap Delete Account, then type DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted.

This action is irreversible. Once you confirm deletion, your account cannot be recovered. Make sure you have retrieved any data you need before proceeding.

What data is deleted

Upon successful deletion, the following personal data associated with your account is permanently removed from our systems:

Deleted

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Profile image

Retained

Financial records
Transaction history

Why some data is retained

Financial and transaction records are retained after account deletion to comply with applicable financial regulations and legal obligations. This data is held securely, is not linked to your personal identity, and is not used for any other purpose.

Regulatory compliance. Retention of financial records is required under applicable law. Personal identifiers are removed; only the transaction data itself is kept.

Can't log in? Need help?

If you are unable to log in to the Zeus app and want your account deleted, email us and we will process the request on your behalf after verifying your identity.
